Uptown Consortium
The Uptown Consortium is a non profit organization. It is a local site for the improvements and general well being of Cincinnati.
Thier mission states that Uptown is located just north of downtown and the Consortium’s areas of focus generally include the neighborhoods of Avondale, Clifton, Clifton Heights, Corryville, Fairview, Mt. Auburn and University Heights. The Consortium will undertake a variety of investment and program activities in Uptown to help provide housing, health care and job opportunities. This organization is made up of five employers; Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, The Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, TriHealth, Inc. and the University of Cincinnati. They are commited to building a better community by engaging heavily in community projects and planning.
